Just over a year ago, the Alfa Romeo Owners Club - with the generous backing of Bianco Motorsports - began looking for a Future Alfa Racer from the ranks of our Virtual Racing Series. After an epic battle over six months, involving 30 races at 20 circuits and 5 cars - Colin Cunniffe emerged victorious. After a couple of delays - for the usual reasons - he passed his ARDS test and, last weekend, got behind the wheel of a Bianco 156 at Snetterton. We were there to see how he got on and, afterwards, sat down with him and Paul Plant of Bianco.

James is no stranger to the magazine, having been a regular contributor as GT Registrar in the noughties and he talks about the Alfas he's owned, the Alfas his characters have driven and the writing process.
