Alfa Romeo Driver Editor Guy Swarbrick got the keys to a new Alfa Romeo Tonale - at very short notice. A plan was hatched to produce the magazine's most ambitious test report to date - some of which sort of worked. Eventually.

In Episode 59 of the Alfa Romeo Driver Podcast, Editor Guy Swarbrick sits down with Leicester-based petrolheads Sat Flora and Haris Ahmad, who set out to buy a cheap car and drive it to and from Amsterdam to raise money for charity. Can you even buy a used car for £500 at the moment? And, if you can, will £250 be enough to prepare it for a 1,000 mile round-trip?
